License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of digital products provided by Blankit ("we," "us," or "our"), including Framer website templates, UI kits, and related design assets (collectively, the "Products").
By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you may not use our Products.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Product.
This means you own a license to use the Product, not the Product itself.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use the Product for:
Personal Use
Personal websites and projects
Experimentation and learning
Commercial Use
Client websites and freelance work
Agency projects
Business websites
Marketing pages and landing pages
You may modify, adapt, and customize the Product to suit your needs.
You may use the Product in unlimited end projects (unless otherwise stated in a specific product page).
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
Resell the Product or any modified version of it
Redistribute the Product in any form (free or paid)
Share, leak, or transfer the source files to others
Upload the Product to marketplaces (e.g. Framer Marketplace, Gumroad, Creative Market, etc.)
Use the Product to create competing template products or UI kits
Claim authorship of the original design
Include the Product in a product library, UI kit bundle, or template pack
Make the Product publicly available for download
4. End Product Rule
You may use the Product to create end products, such as:
Client websites
Live business websites
Marketing sites
SaaS landing pages
Portfolio websites
However, the final published website must not allow third parties to extract, download, or reuse the original template files.
5. Ownership
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to:
Design files
Layouts
Components
Visual systems
Documentation
remain the exclusive property of Blankit.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership.
6. Multiple Licenses / Teams
Each purchase is licensed to a single individual or entity.
If you are part of a team or agency:
Each team member who uses the Product must be covered by a valid license, or
You must purchase an appropriate multi-seat or extended license (if offered)
7. Updates and Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue Products at any time without obligation to maintain backward compatibility.
Purchasing a Product does not guarantee future updates unless explicitly stated.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our Products are designed for use with Framer and may integrate with third-party services.
We are not responsible for changes made by Framer or other platforms that may affect functionality.
9. Termination
This license is effective until terminated.
We may revoke this license if you:
Violate this Agreement
Share or redistribute the Product
Engage in fraudulent activity
Upon termination, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies in your possession.
10. No Warranty
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Compatibility with future versions of Framer
Error-free performance
Specific business outcomes
Continuous availability of updates
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blankit shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
Use or inability to use the Product
Business loss or loss of revenue
Data loss
Website issues or downtime
Third-party integrations or platforms
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.
12. Enforcement
We actively protect our intellectual property.
Unauthorized use, distribution, or resale may result in:
License termination
Legal action
DMCA takedown requests
Suspension of access to future products
13. Refunds
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
This License Agreement does not override statutory consumer rights where applicable.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
